When can I expect my order to be delivered
We make every vinyl sticker to order. We want every one to be fresh and new for our customers. Because of that, it may take 2-5 days for an order to be processed. We then ship every order via USPS Priority 2-5 day, so please, bug the postman instead! Only PayPal buyers will receive an email with tracking, a credit card transaction will not receive a notification of shipment.
What’s your return policy
We want you to be 100% happy with your order. Returns are accepted for a full refund of the cost of the product. All returns must be shipped back in their original packaging, including any extras shipped along with the order (stickers, envelopes, prints, etc.) You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and the refund does not include the cost of originally shipping the order to you.
Exchanges are also accepted if you happen to order the wrong size. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the original product back, plus the additional shipping charge of sending the new size to you. Any custom made apparel are exempt from exchanges or returns.
If ever your vinyl stickers are damaged and unusable, send us a snapshot of your damaged vinyl, and we'll ship you a free replacement.
What happens if the item(s) I’ve received are faulty, incorrect, damaged, or lost
We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience. We vow to ensure our customers a high quality retail experience. If you find a problem with your order, please contact us. Include details about the order and the nature of the problem and we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Any lost items due to the shipper is not our responsibility. The moment a tracking number has been created and provided, the carrier must be contacted for resolution.
How are your graphic designs delivered
All of your graphic materials are uploaded via Google Drive. We share a permanent link to a dedicated folder for your business to always have access wherever you are. You'll have all promised formats - printable, resizable, and lovable.
How long will it take for my designs to be done
Please allow 1-2 weeks to prepare your first draft/s. I prefer to remain in constant communication to receive feedback and ideas, however I like to display all drafts together as one presentation, so please don't ask to see what I have done every hour.
Can I change my decision from one design to another
Absolutely. If you prefer to have a different draft I've designed for you, we'll process an exchange. If you can't decide in the moment, you're able to purchase any other drafts for 20% of the original design price per draft.
What if we don't agree on a final product
Payment in full is due at the beginning of a project via website. Arrangements for half deposits can be made if you're facing financial constraints. If you are not completely satisfied with the final product, we will refund 50% of the total amount after labor charges. Sorry, no returns on photography work already fulfilled.
